I'm Lulu Belle but my foster family has been calling me Willow. My family gave me up when they realized having a 3 month old human baby and a doggy baby would be too much. I'm having fun in my new temporary home! They're teaching me how to sit, give my paw and potty outside.
My tail is a bit deformed but the vet said it's only cosmetic..
My shots are up to date , microchipped and a Health certificate. I've had my monthly flea, tick and heartworm preventative. Also a bordertella. My spay will need to be done at our rescue vet by the age of 6 months... no exceptions.
If you prefer your vet you'll be reimbursed 100.00 upon proof but again must be done by 6mo.
