Crystal, born 4/15/23 is so happy to be alive and warm. The mill she was at was only being heated by a potbelly stove and they had way too many other animals to tend to during the cold snap,so they decided to rid themselves of a kennel.
Crystal is a bit timid from living soley in a kennel with other dogs, she's very curious of people and has decided being petted is a mighty cool time. She will take pampering all day as a must have for a dog life. She's a silky, fully fluffed up throwback Pom with that gorgeous mane and tail. She plays a good game of guard dog and won't let any noise go unnoticed! Then she reveals her true curious gentle nature when you talk softly to her. She really is learning to love human contact and doing well with potty training. Another mentor dog in the home would be a big bonus!
Crystal was actually saved in the knick of time from being a mill mommy at only 7 months we found out the hard way that she was already pregnant. This age is way too young and immature to bear puppies but that's what mills do...she passed a puppy that wasn't fully developed so we have to wait until her body calms down a bit before her spay. We will sign a spay contract and it will be included in the adoption fee at our vet. If you chose yours, you will be reimbursed 100 dollars
