Chloe was found as a stray on the streets of North Chicago, and it’s clear she’s had a rough start. She’s naturally shy and cautious in new situations, but she’s making wonderful progress in her foster home. Day by day, she’s gaining confidence and showing just how sweet and gentle she truly is.
There’s not a mean bone in Chloe’s body. While she may be reserved at first, she is never aggressive. In fact, she’s perfectly content being held and will quietly soak up your affection once she feels safe. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much—just a little patience and a lot of love.
Chloe is about 90% potty trained and learning quickly. She would do best in a calm, understanding home where she can continue to grow at her own pace. Watching her come out of her shell is a rewarding experience, and once she trusts you, she’ll be your gentle, loyal companion for life.
